We are looking for a proactive, well-organized administrative/executive assistant to offer our teams all-encompassing support. Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the capacity to balance several priorities in a hectic setting are all characteristics of the perfect candidate.
• Oversee team schedules, appointments, and calendars to guarantee effective time management. • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions as part of the meeting planning and coordination process. • Manage itineraries, trip plans, and expense reports. • Keep your paperwork, correspondence, and reports in orderly files and records. • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as letters, phone calls, and emails. • Help in the creation of reports, presentations, and other business materials. • Make sure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, including acquiring supplies and maintaining connections with vendors. • Communicate on behalf of the executives with external stakeholders and internal teams. • Plan and direct meetings and events for the organisation. • When working with sensitive data, exercise prudence and confidentiality.
• It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Shown experience working as an executive or administrative assistant for three or more years, ideally in a corporate environment. • Strong time-management and organising abilities, as well as the capacity to set priorities. • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook from the Microsoft Office Suite. • The capacity to work independently and meticulously while managing several jobs. • Proactiveness and the ability to solve problems.
