Overview

A reputable financial services provider located in Lapaz is looking to hire mobile bankers.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize funds by accepting deposits and loan repayments on behalf of the institution, while promoting its products. • Focus on intensive deposit mobilization in assigned areas. • Collect loan repayments from customers. • Facilitate the opening of savings accounts and other deposit products in the field. • Submit all collected deposits and loan repayments to the branch daily. • Report any issues or developments encountered in the field to the supervisor. • Conduct daily reconciliations of operations as assigned by branch management. • Promote the institution’s products and services. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior High School (SHS) graduate. • Must reside in or around Lapaz. • Must be over 18 years old. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Energetic, adaptable, collaborative, and a team player. • Problem-solving ability.
