Seeking a Consumer Engagement Associate with the ability to spot and capitalise on trends and conversations, manage call centre operations, and keep an eye on both sponsored and organic content on digital and social media platforms.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages on social media to get customer information. • Make sure that every pertinent piece of information is appropriately captured, processed, labelled or tagged, and organised in the appropriate digital and media analytics tool. • observing both organic and sponsored content, controlling it, reacting suitably to discussions about it, and spotting patterns. • Social brand equity reports, owned digital and social channels measurement, marketing campaign performance analysis, and brand ecosystem analysis are just a few examples of the data-driven conclusions that omnichannel analysis can provide in reports, dashboards, and presentations to answer business questions. • assistance with ad hoc business needs, such as data pulls, data formatting, and analysis, among other things. • Crisis listening to spot possible reputational hazards and promptly notify the appropriate functions or brands to help stop problems from getting worse and offer assistance in issue management. • keeping an eye on owned social media accounts and forwarding customer posts to the appropriate Markets Consumer Engagement teams. • Standard Routines are updated according to assignments. • Assist cross-functional teams in carrying out analytics projects and initiatives on a daily basis.
• A degree from a university (such as marketing, business studies, communications, journalism, media studies, or psychology) is suitable for students ages three to five. • At least two to four years of experience in marketing or a related field. • Strong interpersonal, data entry, phone, listening, and verbal communication abilities. • +1 year of highly skilled experience in community management (effectively delivering social media KPIs, such as reaction speed, tone, and lead generation). • Familiarity with creative agency briefs (capacity to carry out briefs) • Knowledgeable about the trends and difficulties facing the food business. • Experience in content generation (professional or persona pages) is an added benefit. • Proficiency in English plus at least one other language, such as Wolof, Zulu, Sotho, Portuguese, or Native French. • Strong grasp of social media sites, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
