Overview

Sharing analytical insights with the E-pin vendors/aggregators on a regular basis to enhance their performance would also fall under the purview of the Regional Support Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to find industry best practices and serve as a liaison with the Commercial Insight team. • Oversee and assemble electronic vendors and distribution teams. • Make sure that all distributor and electronic vendor contracts are promptly renewed and approved. • Provide training to both new and current employees, as well as to and establish all distributor teams across the country. • Perform ad hoc trade surveys, including value perception research, pull and push research by region, and key accounts store adherence. • collaborated on go-to-market strategy and sales planning with the regional team. • Conduct software and system audits to find fraudulent activity. • In charge of the distributor and stock management system administration.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • At least three (3) to four (4) years of work experience, with at least two years in a comparable position • It is crucial to be able to speak and write in English with clarity and conciseness. • Demonstrated capacity to operate in a cooperative, team-oriented setting. • Capacity to efficiently oversee several tasks and priorities at once, making sure deadlines are fulfilled • Strong communication abilities
