Retail Associates

Overview

The main duties of the retail associates will be to support and help the head of retail and operations create a memorable guest experience, generate outcomes, and interact with operational processes such as studio opening and closure and daily, weekly, and monthly report filing.

Responsibilities

• By optimising daily sales strategies, enhancing KPIs through sales floor leadership, and giving the Studio Team input, you may help the leadership team drive business success. • Encourage and uphold a sales culture that emphasises developing a self-assured, involved staff that is driven to give guests their whole attention. • Organise, administer, and monitor anticipated duties, assignments, and activities while keeping guests as the primary focus. • Serve as the point of contact for the studio, production, and head of operations. • Encourage and fairly and consistently enforce the company's policies and procedures. • To satisfy every customer's requirement, deliver outstanding customer service. • Achieve sales goals by precisely and effectively managing and processing every transaction. • Preserve the visual merchandising and retail presentation. • Keep abreast of deals and product knowledge. • Work together with coworkers to accomplish group objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or another related discipline in business administration. • The capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting. • Basic mathematical abilities and precision for managing money. • Able to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends. • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Analytical and meticulous skills are essential. • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking. • The capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting. • Outstanding time-management and interpersonal abilities.
