The Business Unit HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, managing HR processes, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Work together with company executives to comprehend unit objectives and offer HR insights. • Sync HR tactics with corporate goals to boost output and performance. • Oversee the strategies for hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff. • Collaborate with management to find and nurture high-potential workers. • Manage employee relations issues while maintaining a productive workplace. • Maintain a peaceful workplace by mediating and resolving disputes. • Put performance management procedures into action and supervise them. • Give managers advice on performance enhancement and goal-setting. • Determine the need for training, then work with the talent CEO to create pertinent programs. • As needed, lead workshops and training sessions. • Verify adherence to business regulations, labour legislation, and HR best practices. • Give advice on matters of law and regulation.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. • More than five years of HR experience, specialising on business partnerships. • A benefit is having an HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR).
