Security Manager

Overview

The security manager will be in charge of managing the property's network security, information security, cybersecurity, and physical security.

Responsibilities

• Create and put into effect thorough security plans, guidelines, and processes that are in line with business objectives and industry best practices. • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and hazards by conducting routine risk evaluations of the website. • Create and carry out plans for risk minimisation. • Work together with pertinent parties to create security goals, projects, and performance indicators. • Utilise the most recent SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to oversee daily security activities, including physical security, CCTV, and access control. • Keep an eye on and evaluate security systems, spot anomalies, and take the necessary steps to resolve incidents or breaches. • To successfully respond to security events, coordinate and work with law enforcement and internal departments. • Oversee and manage a group of security guards. • To improve their performance and growth, offer direction, assistance, and training. • To keep a secure environment, set up staffing plans, delegate tasks, and guarantee adequate coverage. • Encourage compliance, safety, and security awareness across the Signature site.

Requirements

• Skills in Physical Security and Security Management • Knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, and network security Proficiency in putting security policies and procedures into practice • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in teamwork and working under pressure Certifications in security management or a similar sector are advantageous. • Five years or more of security management experience
