Social Media Intern

Overview

You will be instrumental in improving our brand's online visibility as a social media intern.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Content: Create, plan, and schedule interesting content (pictures, videos, graphics, and textual posts) for our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Community Management: Keep an eye on and reply to reviews, messages, and comments to promote a lively and supportive community. • Campaign Support: To increase engagement and sales, help develop and carry out social media campaigns, promotions, and freebies. • Analytics: Monitor and evaluate social media performance indicators, offering suggestions and insights for improvement. • Trend Analytics: To keep our brand current and relevant, stay abreast of the newest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• A recent degree or certification in a related profession (graphic design, marketing, communications, etc.). • Solid knowledge of the main social media networks and the best ways to use them. • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • It is advantageous to be proficient with graphic design and video editing programs like Canva and CapCut. • The capacity to think creatively and come up with unique content ideas. • Self-starter capable of meeting deadlines and working autonomously.
