Customer Insights - Data Analyst

Overview

You will oversee analysis initiatives in this position that record our agents' and customers' opinions. Your observations will influence our services in a real way by spurring innovation and improvements throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• You will examine study data in-depth in this position, paying close attention to both quantitative and qualitative elements. To find important insights, you will clean, interpret, and analyse data using programs like Excel. Your analysis will yield insightful suggestions that influence business choices, regardless of whether you're addressing particular business queries or investigating more general patterns. • A major component of your work will be creating understandable, intuitive research dashboards and results. These reports must include a persuasive summary of the findings, highlighting key findings and providing practical suggestions. Making ensuring complex data is meaningful and easy to grasp is another aspect of presenting your findings to top management and other stakeholders. • Managing several tasks at once will keep things interesting. Validation checks are crucial for ensuring data quality, and keeping up with the most recent developments in data analysis and visualisation can help you improve your strategy over time. • To answer significant business problems, you will collaborate across functional boundaries with several teams, encouraging a data-driven decision-making culture. By supporting initiatives within company, your donations will aid in determining our strategic course.

Requirements

• An excellent starting point will be a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or comparable expertise. • It will be necessary to have at least two years of experience in a comparable position and be proficient in Excel. • Strong written communication abilities, familiarity with BI technologies such as Looker or Power BI, and an aptitude for formulating insightful analysis through questioning will help you succeed in this position. • We would love to speak with you if you have a strong business sense, love analysing data to find trends, and are passionate about lifelong learning.
