The Social Media Manager will be in charge of creating and managing content for social media channels, optimising social media profiles, establishing and executing social media marketing strategies, and interacting with clients on social media platforms.
• Develop, design, and schedule engaging and brand-aligned content for various social media platforms. • Create and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals, such as increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and ad performance monitoring. • Stay updated on industry trends, new social media features, and competitor activities to keep the brand’s presence competitive and relevant.
• Proficiency in Digital and Social Media Marketing • Excellent communication abilities • Knowledge of social media optimisation (SMO) and content strategy • Proficiency with social media monitoring and tracking technologies and the ability to produce captivating material • knowledge of graphic design concepts • Passion for the wellness and health sector • Certification or relevant education in marketing or a similar sector
