Overview

The operations officer will be in charge of managing projects, supervising day-to-day activities, liaising with other divisions, and guaranteeing effective workflow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties are well-maintained by coordinating regular inspections, scheduling repairs, and managing maintenance teams or contractors. • Address tenant inquiries and complaints, manage lease agreements, and ensure tenant satisfaction while enforcing property policies. • Monitor property budgets, process invoices, oversee rent collection, and prepare financial reports to track expenses and revenue. • Ensure properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including safety standards, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. • Negotiate contracts with service providers, supervise their work, and maintain strong relationships with vendors for efficient service delivery. • Develop and implement systems to streamline property operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Communication, operations management, interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and financial knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Capacity to prioritise, multitask, and fulfil deadlines • It is advantageous to have prior experience in the construction, real estate, or logistics sectors. • A B or C class Ghanaian driver's license is required.
