Overview

To professionally manage all client questions, issues, and grievances, we are seeking to hire a seasoned client service executive. The duties of the client servicing executive include working with the appropriate departments to better meet the needs of the clients, updating upper management on a regular basis, and, if feasible, upselling firm products.

Responsibilities

• Be a pleasant and welcoming host to clients and visitors. • Understand every important facet of the company and react appropriately to customer requests. • Find out what they need to buy. • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer service, including the proper follow-ups when needed. • For job execution, route customer needs to the appropriate department. • Examine and document client data. • To meet the needs of clients, cooperate with management, other employees, and resources. • React promptly, amiably, and effectively to consumer questions and demands. • Follow up with current customers and draw in new ones. • The reception area should always be kept neat and orderly.

Requirements

• A diploma is a minimum requirement. • Two (2) years or more of marketing-related work experience is required, as is strong communication. • An advantage would be familiarity with social media marketing.
