By creating and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, you will be a vital contributor to our company's expansion as a Sales and Business Development Executive. You will be in charge of finding new business prospects, establishing and preserving solid client relationships, and advertising our extensive line of corrosion protection and technical solutions.
• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities to expand the company’s customer base. • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, including presenting proposals and closing deals. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align business goals and deliver effective solutions to clients. • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Two to three years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the mining, power, or oil and gas sectors. • Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, corrosion prevention, and engineering composite repairs. • Prove a history of hitting or surpassing sales goals. • Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities. • The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. • Proficiency with other sales tools and CRM software. • Readiness to travel when necessary.
