Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with corporate goals. You will oversee branding, advertising, and sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies across various channels to achieve set goals. • Provide consultative advice, offering proactive and value-driven solutions to address business needs. • Regularly monitor strategies and take corrective actions to provide expertise in marketing, branding, and business development. • Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing, branding, and advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy. • Manage the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflows and monitoring the performance of all marketing and sales team members. • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations of assigned staff. • Oversee client engagements from the sales process through to delivery. • Coordinate and allocate internal resources to meet client needs, ensuring a shared understanding of client presentations among internal teams. • Prepare and deliver confidential client presentations. • Ensure the achievement of both personal and organizational sales targets.

Requirements

• Qualification & Experience: o A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. o At least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role. o In-depth understanding of marketing principles and methods for promoting, displaying, and selling products and services. o Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Strong leadership and supervisory skills. o Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets. o Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
