Responsibilities

• To guarantee the successful completion of audit engagements, exercise leadership and provide guidance. • Organise and oversee audits in accordance with legal and company standards. • Encourage a culture of excellence and growth by coaching and mentoring audit professionals. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, controlling expectations and guaranteeing their happiness. • Encourage ongoing enhancements and risk analyses to strengthen auditing procedures. • To keep the team educated and competitive, stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends.

Requirements

• Outstanding familiarity with financial reporting frameworks and auditing requirements. • Shown expertise in public accounting or related disciplines. • Excellent leadership abilities combined with a talent for managing teams and training employees. • Strong communication abilities. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems well. • A strong track record of creating and preserving connections with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and opening up new business prospects. • Professional credentials like CIMA, ACCA, or ICA. • A minimum of five years' experience in external auditing, with two of those years spent in a senior or supervisory role.
