Overview

To oversee and expand our important pharmaceutical accounts, we are looking for a highly driven and seasoned individual. The ideal applicant will create and carry out strategic account plans, forge close bonds with important stakeholders, increase sales, and meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand important pharmaceutical accounts: To guarantee account growth and retention, create and implement strategic account plans. • Create enduring connections: Build and preserve enduring connections with important stakeholders, such as hospital and clinic medical directors, procurement managers, and chemists. • Increase sales: Use efficient account management and sales techniques to meet revenue and sales targets. • Find fresh business prospects: Actively look for and create new business prospects in the designated area. and to put policies in place to guarantee their continued membership in the Panacea Network of Customers. • Contract and agreement negotiations: To guarantee advantageous terms and conditions, negotiate and oversee contracts and agreements with the major accounts. • Deliver outstanding client service: Using the resources of the business, attend to client demands and offer prompt assistance to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction. • Work together with internal groups: To align strategy and accomplish business objectives, collaborate closely with the supply chain, marketing, and finance teams. • Observe market patterns: To help you make strategic decisions, keep up of rival activity and industry trends. • Report and evaluate performance: Report on account performance on a regular basis and use data analysis to pinpoint areas that need work.

Requirements

• Education: a bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a similar discipline. • Experience: Three years or more in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical sector. • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the capacity to establish and sustain connections, strategic thinking, problem-solving talents, and strong sales and negotiation skills. • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the market dynamics and the pharmaceutical sector.
