Overview

Ensuring effective service delivery, preserving customer satisfaction, and promoting operational excellence are all made possible by the Service Delivery Controller. The position entails managing technical teams, supervising the implementation of service-level agreements (SLAs), and guaranteeing that projects are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of service-level agreements (SLAs) and guarantee prompt service delivery. • Track and assess service performance, taking remedial action when required. • Serve as the main point of contact for complaints about problems with service delivery. • Communicate with internal departments, such as sales and technical professionals, to guarantee smooth service delivery. • Address client problems, provide them updates, and control their expectations by communicating with them. • To maximise service delivery, cooperate with OEM suppliers, subcontractors, and other outside parties. • Determine areas where processes can be improved and put plans in place to increase service effectiveness. • Assure adherence to client demands, industry norms, and corporate rules. • Create service performance reports and deliver them to the technical manager. • Effective resource allocation is necessary to fulfil SLA obligations and project deadlines. • Assist technical teams with direction and support to guarantee the provision of high-quality services. • To keep the technical staff informed about new technology and best practices, lead training sessions. • As instructed by the business, obtain and maintain the necessary IT Service Management certifications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or a similar discipline. • Four to six years of experience in a similar sector, such as IT service management. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong ability to analyse and solve problems. • Proficiency with tools for service delivery and project management. • The capacity to cooperate with others in a hectic setting.
