Overview

To boost local sales, we require an experienced manager who can quickly assemble our local team and choose the best goods for the local market. In the meantime, developing brand names is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Expand the market using current items, assemble a sales force, and increase revenues. • Create client resources, choose those that have the potential to collaborate, and build sales channels. • Use various methods to service sales channels. Market opportunities and the existing state of the market are taken into consideration when choosing which new items to register. • Employing a range of marketing strategies to raise brand recognition.

Requirements

• Possesses job experience linked to agrochemicals • Possesses the ability to manage and lead a team. • Has a thorough awareness of the regional agrochemical market. • possesses client resources and understands how to use them • Is familiar with the common active chemicals found in agrochemical pesticides. • Having the ability to create plans for product development and sales • Strong execution skills and the ability to work independently • Possess field trial experience with products and be capable of conducting trials, demonstrations, and other tasks
