To help clients in-store by responding to questions, assisting with product selections, and guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience, we are seeking a Customer Service Associate. In order to improve overall satisfaction, this function also entails supporting extra customer-related services, such as transactions and refunds.
• Be amiable and professional when greeting and helping clients. • Give customers advice, recommendations, and product details. • Handle transactions with precision and effectiveness. • Respond politely to consumer complaints, swaps, and returns. • Keep your store spotless, well-organised, and aesthetically pleasing. • Assist store management with product displays, restocking, and inventory inspections. • Help with customer loyalty programs, sales events, and special promotions.
• A high school degree or its equivalent is preferred, as is past retail or customer service experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to multitask and maintain organisation in a hectic setting. • A cheerful, client-centered mindset and a dedication to offering top-notch service. • Fundamental mathematical abilities. • Able to lift a moderate amount of weight as necessary. • Weekends and holidays are included in the flexible availability.
