General administrative duties, stakeholder communication, administrative support, customer service, and the application of excellent organisational abilities will all fall within the purview of the Account/Admin Officer.
• Oversee everyday activities, such as bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and accounts payable and receivable. • Conduct thorough audits on a regular basis to make sure financial records and expenses are accurate. • Projected income and costs • Create budgets that satisfy the needs of the many departments inside the firm. • Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders and meetings. • Collaborate with the group to forecast, manage, budget, and report the financial health of the business. • Create recurring financial reports for management, including balance sheets and income statements. • Help with tax returns and audits • Conduct both internal and external audits to verify adherence to regulations. • Keep abreast on industry regulations and legislation. • Verify adherence to pertinent regulations.
