We are looking to add an Account Officer to our team that is very meticulous and well-organised. In addition to managing all financial transactions, the account officer will keep correct records and make sure that accounting rules and laws are followed.
• Oversee financial transactions and keep thorough records. • Create budgets, financial statements, and financial reports. • Keep an eye on financial activities and make sure that rules and standards pertaining to accounting are followed. • Examine financial information and make suggestions to management. • Take part in audits to make sure financial records are current and accurate. • Cooperate with other departments and team members. • Carry out additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline • Four or more years of experience in finance or accounting • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Capacity to achieve deadlines and collaborate with others • Excellent organisational and attention to detail abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (including "Quick Books") • Capacity to protect financial information secrecy
