The responsibilities of the Digital Communication Officer include creating digital strategies, integrating digital assets, increasing brand awareness, working with others on marketing campaigns, managing digital activation projects, and assessing the efficacy and efficiency of digital channels and campaigns while overseeing content production in accordance with established plans.
• Develops integrated and economical digital marketing and communication plans for the business and its customers. • Investigate the newest interactive trends and digital tools, offer strategic analysis of digital marketing and communications trends, and make recommendations for opportunities that arise. • utilises digital communication to create value for the business and its customers. • Maps out how digital assets will be optimised to support the achievement of business objectives in collaboration with business development. • Creates and carries out innovative and captivating digital campaigns that complement the digital strategies of the business and its clients. • Closely monitors consumer behaviour and information-gathering trends to aid in the creation of digital campaigns. • Oversees the production of content for the business and its clients that is in line with digital strategies. • Uses digital platforms to interact with a range of audiences. • Swiftly answers consumer questions and feedback. • Establish guidelines for interacting with clients via digital platforms. • Provide the business and its clients with regular reporting on digital performance and activity. • Keeps an eye on, assesses, and applies advancements in digital marketing and communication tactics. • Keeps track of, evaluates, and reports on digital efforts with an emphasis on return on investment. • Analyse and make adjustments to digital campaigns. • Keeps tabs on, records, and reports comments and internet evaluations • Oversees the completion of all tasks within the scope of work and manages all digital client accounts. • Cultivates positive working relationships with each and every digital client. • Provides clients with quick feedback and reports on a regular basis.
• A strong foundational degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing, or a similar discipline. • Professional certifications or credentials in marketing or digital marketing. • Four to five years of experience in a position involving digital strategy or marketing/communication. • Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital marketing tools, as well as tools for managing social media, digital campaigns, and online analytics. • The capacity to transform strategies into a digital experience that target consumers would find relevant. • Extensive familiarity with digital and other venues for delivering material. • Unconventional thinking and a logical, innovative approach to using various digital platforms to reach particular target audiences. • Being aware of users' and consumers' interactions with digital media. • A love of telling stories • Coordinating marketing and communication efforts across all media channels with business departments.
