To join a team, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative. The position blends sales and customer service, so it needs someone who can find and seize sales opportunities while providing outstanding customer service. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will efficiently handle orders, answer questions, give product details, and conclude deals.
• Professionally and effectively answer consumer questions by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person. • Help clients choose the best items to suit their requirements. • Respond quickly to consumer complaints to guarantee a satisfying experience and foster confidence. • Promote products and upsell as necessary to increase revenue. • Explain the characteristics, advantages, and ongoing promotions of products to prospective buyers in order to close purchases. • Accurately process orders and plan delivery times. • To turn leads into sales, monitor and pursue them. • Keep a thorough awareness of the company's features, price, promotions, and product line. • Inform consumers on the products' worth, including their durability, quality of assembly, and distinctive selling features.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales or customer service positions, ideally in retail or online. • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking. • Strong negotiating and people abilities. • The capacity to manage grievances, offer remedies, and uphold client happiness. • Possesses excellent organisational and multitasking skills and is detail-oriented. • Knowledge of CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite. • It is advantageous to be familiar with social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
