Overview

An administrative assistant in Wa is needed for this full-time, on-site position. In addition to using clerical skills for effective office operations, the administrative assistant will be in charge of providing administrative support, professionally answering calls, and dealing with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. • Respond to emails, draft letters, and manage phone calls on behalf of the organization or executive. • Organize, store, and retrieve documents and records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. • Order supplies, manage office equipment, and assist in planning events or meetings. • Prepare reports, create presentations, and assist in data entry or research tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Skills in Administrative Assistance HND or first degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline • Excellent communication and phone manners skills • Knowledge of Clerical Skills • Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, as well as the capacity to efficiently manage time and prioritise responsibilities • Accuracy and attention to detail in the workplace Experience in a related position is advantageous. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
