Overview

In this position, you'll act as a representative of the company, offering clients valuable financial guidance. Through comprehensive training sessions aimed at enhancing your understanding of our diverse product offerings, you'll assess clients' financial goals and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve making a positive impact by advising on future protection and long-term financial preparedness, ultimately contributing to enhancing lives.

Responsibilities

Offer guidance on future planning, encompassing both protective and wealth-building policies.

• Develop a robust client base, catering to individuals and/or businesses.

• Foster enduring client connections by conducting regular financial assessments and managing portfolios.

• Encourage entrepreneurial endeavors, ensuring adherence to PLIG's internal regulations while conducting business.

• Pursue ongoing education by attending mandatory workshops or training sessions on a weekly basis.

Requirements

Demonstrate effective communication and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Exhibit strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

• Possess analytical prowess and adept problem-solving capabilities.

- Recognition through awards such as overseas trips.

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of appointment.

• Minimum academic qualifications include a Diploma, HND, Degree, or Masters
