Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential clients or business opportunities to generate new leads. • Establishing strong connections with clients to understand their needs and ensure long-term partnerships. • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to business growth. • Discussing terms, closing deals, and ensuring mutually beneficial contracts with clients. • Addressing client concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

• Skills in business development and account management • Communication and customer service abilities • Proficiency in sales • Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities Capacity to work both individually and collaboratively Prior experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline, as well as an HND or diploma.
