To join our growing team and support our continued success, we are seeking a Business Development Associate who is dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Build trusting relationships with potential customers to find, evaluate, and seize business possibilities. • To create new business strategies, research market trends and prospective customers. • Help with the creation of proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. • Work together with the product and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and product offerings. • CRM software is used to maintain and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities. • To represent the business and broaden your network, go to conferences, meetings, and networking events. • Assist the strategic planning process by offering data and insights on consumer input, market trends, and competition. • Reach or surpass predetermined sales and income goals.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • It is recommended if you have two to five years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. • Strong communication, bargaining, and research abilities. • The capacity to establish and preserve connections with stakeholders and clients. • Self-driven and capable of working both individually and collaboratively. • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire for development and achievement.
