• Assist the business with all legal secretariat tasks. • Offer the company and its board legal advice and interpreting services. • Verify the necessary legal compliance. • Examine and offer guidance on contracts, SLAs, MOUs, and other agreements between the business and outside partners. • Ensure that all agreements, contracts, SLAs, and MOUs are kept current. • Keep track of, counsel on, and preserve documentation for all ongoing and prospective lawsuits. • Attend judicial proceedings on the company's behalf. Assist staff members who are representing the company at judicial proceedings. • Communicate with outside attorneys to guarantee that contracts and court filings are handled quickly. • In charge of keeping an eye on how all legal agreements are being carried out, particularly large projects, to make sure the business doesn't lose any advantages and can request penalties if necessary. • Accountable for the company's adherence to Ghana's data privacy legislation. • In charge of the company's TTA processing and approval.
• Law bachelor's degree. • At least five to seven years of experience in a similar position. • Certification under the Companies Act 2019, Act 992, and other relevant laws and regulations issued by the Institute of Charted Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) • Knowledge of how to apply and comprehend legal statutes and texts • Labour Laws • Creating, reviewing, and advising on contracts
