In order to create, oversee, and maximise social media activities that complement our corporate objectives, the Social Media Manager will assume a strategic leadership role. In order to create campaigns that boost brand awareness, encourage community involvement, and support overarching marketing goals, this position necessitates a combination of creative vision and analytical abilities.
• Create and implement a thorough social media plan that complements the business objectives, brand identity, and marketing goals of the organisation. • Establish and oversee a social media content calendar to guarantee timely and pertinent postings on all channels. • Create, test, and carry out sponsored social media campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversions. • In charge of producing social media content that appeals to target audiences, upholds brand identity, and promotes interaction. • Work together with the content team to make sure the material is audience-specific and optimised for every platform. • Oversee the creation of creative materials (such as images, videos, and copy) to aid with social media campaigns. • Track and evaluate social media performance, applying insights to modify tactics and enhance campaign outcomes. • Monitor important metrics including audience growth, engagement, reach, and conversion rates to give stakeholders useful information. • Provide top leadership with performance reports on a regular basis and offer suggestions for ongoing development. • Cultivate an active and engaged online community by reacting to comments, direct messages, and mentions. • Proactively manage the company's online reputation and keep an eye on brand sentiment on social media. • Find ways to use influencer relationships, teamwork, and other social media campaigns to raise brand awareness. • To maintain the brand's social media presence fresh and current, stay abreast of social media trends, new features, and best practices. • Perform audience research and competitor analysis to find areas for expansion and uniqueness. • Make tactical suggestions to improve the business's visibility on new social media channels.
• Three or more years of experience managing social media, with a particular emphasis on performance and strategy. • Prior experience running a brand's social media accounts. • Demonstrated expertise in creating and carrying out smart social media strategies. • Strong familiarity with trends, algorithms, and social media platforms. • Competence with analytics and social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking, along with an original approach to content creation. • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to evaluate information to guide choices. • Familiarity with sponsored social media advertising, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook ads. • Familiarity with brand collaborations and influencer marketing. • Familiarity with B2C or eCommerce social media tactics.
