Grants and Proposals Development Manager

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Grants and Proposals Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization by securing funding and resources through proposal development, fundraising, and partnerships. This role plays a key part in driving the financial growth and social impact of our organization.

Responsibilities

1. Proposal Development & Resource Mobilization: o Develop full proposals, concept notes, and budgets to attract and engage partners and donors. o Work closely with various teams to identify funding opportunities and secure resources for the organization. 2. Partnership & Donor Engagement: o Build and maintain relationships with new partners, especially corporate sponsors and international donors. o Engage and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and partners to support the organization’s mission and projects. 3. Fundraising Strategy: o Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of the organization. o Promote the organization’s social enterprise model and identify new opportunities for growth and funding.

Requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in proposal writing, fundraising, and partnership development in the non-profit, social enterprise, or for-profit sectors. • Proven track record of successful resource mobilization and fundraising campaigns. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with corporate sponsors and international donors.
