Responsibilities

• Lead Research: Identify and research potential leads and companies that could benefit from our services. Reach out through calls, emails, social media, or other creative methods to connect with prospects. • Initiate Conversations: Start engaging conversations to keep potential clients interested, qualifying leads and maintaining an organized pipeline of opportunities. • Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring prospects feel valued and attended to throughout the process. • CRM Management: Update and manage our CRM system, tracking lead progress and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and new sales techniques, contributing innovative ideas to the sales strategy. • Follow-up and Persistence: Handle follow-ups with leads, demonstrating persistence and the ability to turn a "no" into a future opportunity.

Requirements

• An upbeat, positive attitude • Experience in sales, customer service, or just a knack for convincing people • Sharp communication skills that cut through the noise • A love for learning and growth • Comfortable with CRM tools or a willingness to learn • Resilience and the ability to turn a "no" into a “let’s talk again!”
