The ideal candidate will ensure a top-tier guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency while driving profitability.
Guest Services: • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. • Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. • Resolve guest issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Marketing and Promotions: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests. • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and maintaining high ratings on booking sites. Staff Management: • Train and supervise staff, including front desk clerks, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. • Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve service quality. Maintenance & Housekeeping: • Maintain the motel's cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high presentation standards. • Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Compliance & Safety: • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, including fire codes and sanitation standards. • Implement security measures to protect guests, staff, and property.
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (preferred). • Previous experience in hotel or motel management, preferably in a supervisory role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills. • Ability to handle challenging situations and work flexible hours.
