Overview

The HR Manager will ensure the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws, while contributing to a positive workplace culture and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate interviews, and hiring decisions. • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations. • Collaborate with management on employee performance, feedback, and development initiatives. • Promote a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR management role. • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations effectively.
