As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and collaborator with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include driving talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance strategies. You will serve as a trusted partner, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Determine skill shortages and create benchmarks to bring departments into alignment. • Implement performance management techniques. • Encourage the values and culture of the company • Educate, mentor, and collaborate with managers on staff development and performance. • Oversee the process of performance reviews. • Oversee the main HR procedures (promotions, compensation cycle, and performance calibration). • Work together with HR to promote a high-performance, engaged, and excellence-focused culture. • Oversee and plan disciplinary measures in accordance with laws and policy. • Offer your HR knowledge in areas such as coaching, employee interactions, development, feedback, remuneration, and organisational growth. • Address employee concerns and complaints while carrying out objective investigations • Give back-office staff and operations leadership educational opportunities. • Find and nurture high-potential workers • By hiring, involving, and keeping top talent, you can ensure diversity in the workforce. You can also make sure that required training is followed in accordance with internal policies and procedures. • Observe departmental organisational charts • Work with department leaders to update job descriptions on a regular basis. • Oversee training and development initiatives to improve staff members' abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in human resource management is required, as are CIHRM PHR, SPHR, or other HR certifications. • Over five years of expertise in the HR sector • Five or more years of experience in a variety of HR functional areas
