Warehouse Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at an established automobile company. The ideal candidate will assist in the efficient management of inventory, ensure the safe storage of automobile parts, and support the warehouse operations team in maintaining smooth and organized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing automobile parts and accessories. • Maintain an accurate inventory record by conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory systems. • Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored in designated locations. • Assist in the packing and shipping of parts to clients, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure parts and materials are readily available for production or delivery. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following company safety standards. • Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, preferably within the automobile industry. • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. • Basic knowledge of inventory management software is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. `
