Responsibilities

• Find and interact with possible customers to advertise accounting and auditing services. • Keep up your connections with current customers and look into ways to offer more services. • Build and preserve connections with banks to improve collaborations and referral systems. • Introduce and discuss services on behalf of the company while meeting with bank personnel. • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and offer clients advising support by collaborating with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC). • Help customers with tax, compliance, and registration issues by interacting with ORC and GRA. • Investigate possible leads and create new company prospects by using networking, recommendations, and market expertise. • Represent the company and make new contacts by going to regional industry events. • Oversee the onboarding of new customers, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that top-notch service is provided. • Continually update management on client engagements, outreach initiatives, and business development advancements.

Requirements

• Outstanding ability to present • Experience in sales or lead generation • Excellent abilities in market research and communication • The capacity to prioritise tasks and operate independently • Outstanding interpersonal abilities. • familiarity with budgeting procedures. • English proficiency is required. • familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Capacity to reach sales goals • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. • Professional services or consultancy experience is advantageous. • Understanding the complexities of the accounting and auditing industry
