Maintenance Planner (Biscuit Factory)

Overview

Ensure that an organization’s critical assets are well-maintained, reducing downtime and improving overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather data of downtime for all plant machinery and make daily reports for breakdown. • Provide check list according to PM to maintenance staff. • Gather Data of PM, and make sure adherence of plan. • Daily parts consumption report line, machine and equipment wise. • Monthly part consumption report line, machine and Equipment wise. • Material Tracking with store and procurement, will be contact person of maintenance team for any spare arrangement. • Make sure parts arranged for planned maintenance according to plan. • Preparation of monthly KPIs Report including MTTR & MTBF machine and Plant wise. • Attendance of Maintenance staff. • Issuance & return costly tools to team (like condition monitoring and centralized tools. • Making sure all maintenance work complies with safety rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in related field • MS Office and Excel applications. • Written and spoken fluency in English • Two (2) Years experience in a maintenance Planning. • Applicants must live around Amasaman, Pokuase, Medie or Kotoku and its environment
