Project Manager

Overview

You will oversee client-facing engagements to implement our software products in the Project Manager (PM) position. In order to guarantee that deployments are committed to and finished on time, you will also need to serve as a liaison between the customer and the services team. It will be your responsibility to collaborate with the services team to create thorough project plans and progress reports. Key milestones, deadlines, deliverables, obstacles, and service team hours will all be identified and managed by you.

Responsibilities

• Create a thorough deployment plan with attainable project goals and dates in collaboration with the services team. • Conduct kick-off meetings for the project with the client and deployment personnel. • Keep a precise record of deployment services hours, making sure they fall within the allotted time and adjusting as necessary. • As needed, chair ad hoc technical meetings and/or regular status meetings. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with stakeholders and clients. Handle customer needs and establish realistic expectations. • Obtain, plan, and oversee project resources, such as the time allotted to deployment engineers. • Conduct internal sales to support transition meetings after the project is finished. • Make sure customers are happy with the product and the implementation process by following up with them; give the sales and account teams feedback.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience • Project management experience of at least three years is necessary, ideally in client-facing roles. It is highly preferred if you have project management experience in a software setting. • Accreditation Conditions: Preferred Project Management Methodologies: PMI, PMP, or another • Excellent communication, writing, planning, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management and the capacity to persuade others to meet project objectives and deadlines • Excellent customer service skills and familiarity with project management tools are beneficial.
