Building relationships with individual publishers and producers of instructional content will be the main goal of this position in order to make sure they are aware of the advantages of using the platform. Additionally, the talent will plan to increase diversity, broaden the platform's reach across markets, and add more material to the platform's library.
Hiring Publishers • Find and contact possible publishers who can contribute to the platform, such as writers and content producers. • Engage prospective partners in conversation to explain the platform's value proposition and the advantages of content publication on the platform. • To draw in publishers, use internet outreach, industry gatherings, and networking. Relationship management and onboarding • Assist publishers with the onboarding procedure to guarantee a seamless platform move. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with publishers by offering assistance and resolving issues as they arise. • Assist publishers throughout their engagement by collaborating closely with the technical and customer support teams. Negotiation of Contracts • Take the lead in negotiating content rights agreements, income sharing, and contract terms with publishers. • Maintain the platform's operational and financial objectives while making sure agreements benefit both parties. Strategy and Market Research • To find trends, opportunities, and threats from competitors in the online publishing industry, conduct market research. • Create plans to draw publishers from a variety of niches and genres to guarantee a varied content library. • Keep an eye on current publishers' performance and tailor your hiring strategies to the platform's requirements. Formation of Partnerships • To increase hiring efforts, form alliances with publishing associations. • Make use of industry ties to cultivate enduring partnerships that benefit the platform and its content providers. Reporting and Metrics • Monitor and report on important indicators pertaining to content performance, publisher retention, and recruitment. • To improve hiring practices and make sure goals are being reached, analyse data. • Give frequent updates on the state of the market and the hiring process.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated expertise in publisher relations, business development, or recruiting, • Strong negotiating abilities and contract management expertise. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish connections at all levels. • Knowledge of digital publishing, content distribution models, and online platforms.
