Retail Shop Manager

Overview

To manage the daily operations of our brand-new shopping centre, we are seeking a highly driven and seasoned retail shop manager. The ideal applicant will possess outstanding leadership, customer service, and sales abilities, as well as a track record of successfully managing retail stores or malls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, such as visual merchandising, sales, customer service, and inventory control. • Oversee and manage a group of support employees and sales representatives. • Create and put into effect standards for customer service. • Preserve the order, cleanliness, and look of the store. • Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of inventory. • Respond to consumer grievances and fix problems.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience managing a store or mall. • A successful track record in retail management. • Strong team management and leadership abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities. • The capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting. • Fundamental computing abilities (POS systems, MS Office). • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
