The Sales Account Executive will be in charge of overseeing customer accounts, creating new business prospects, and hitting sales goals by cultivating enduring bonds with clients.
• Building Client Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Managing Sales Pipeline: Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients. • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company. • Preparing Proposals and Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to secure new business. • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences. • Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and preparing reports to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
• Demonstrated sales, account management, or related experience Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills • Capacity to work autonomously, prioritise, and fulfil deadlines • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a focus on outcomes • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications • A business administration bachelor's degree or a similar discipline • It is advantageous to have prior expertise in the technology sector.
