We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand’s messaging, marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing internal and external communications, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.
• Oversee and plan marketing campaigns, events, social media campaigns, and strategic initiatives to increase sales and brand recognition. • Encourage the use of a brand identity and message that is consistent with company's values, mission, and dedication to building homes in areas where both purchasers and residents enjoy living. • Find and take advantage of new market opportunities, offering suggestions and tactics to get fresh leads and create new customer bases for the sales force to increase revenue. • Collect and disseminate market data so that the sales force is always informed of the company's standing in the sector. • Oversee the customer journey for current clients. • Notify the sales team and agents and give them accurate and current presentation materials. • Oversee public relations initiatives to improve the company's standing and preserve goodwill with journalists, media outlets, and influential people in the field. • To get media attention, plan events, press releases, and media interviews. • Conduct communications research to provide timely communications and track the effectiveness of different communication tactics. • Work closely with members of the sales, accounts, and collection teams to keep track of each client's payment status for communication purposes. • Develop connections with important parties, such as partners, clients, and business experts. To grow the company's network and generate new business prospects, go to conferences, industry events, and networking gatherings.
• You have worked in a comparable position for at least five (5) years. • You graduated from an approved university with a first degree or diploma. • You have outstanding speech communication and writing abilities in English. • You are renowned for your meticulousness and attention to detail when creating paperwork. • You are adept at using the Microsoft Office suite of programs. • You have outstanding time-management and organising abilities. • An extra benefit is having rudimentary analytical, financial, business process, and quantitative abilities.
