Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will make sure that everything runs well, that tenants and visitors are communicated with effectively, and that property maintenance and security are handled effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth check-in and check-out procedures for temporary visitors. • Organise long-term tenants' move-in and move-out procedures to guarantee seamless transitions. • To find and fix maintenance issues, do routine property inspections. • Answer questions about maintenance and expedite maintenance requests. • For quick and efficient repairs, work with a reputable list of craftspeople (plumbers, electricians, etc.). • Keep documents organised and up to date, including handling utility bills for on-time payment and completing maintenance paperwork. • Make sure the cleaner upholds strict guidelines when getting the serviced flats ready for new visitors. • Make routine inspections to make sure short-term and serviced units are stocked, cleaned, and prepared for visitors. • Work together with the on-site security staff to keep the facility secure and operational. • Make sure everything runs smoothly on the property and take care of any possible safety issues as they come up. • Respond quickly to complaints or special requests from tenants and visitors. • Inform the landlady of any important problems and take part in coming up with remedies.

Requirements

• Education: A university degree or diploma is required. • expertise: Although no prior property management expertise is required, flexibility and a quick learning curve are crucial. • Grit & Proactivity: The capacity to take on obstacles head-on and continue to solve problems in a proactive manner. • Firmness: Exhibiting professionalism and authority by being confident and firm when interacting with vendors or craftspeople. • Attention to Detail: A keen sense of detail in overseeing administrative duties and property standards. • Professionalism: The capacity to preserve cordial relationships with tenants and visitors by being on time, being courteous, and communicating clearly. • Technical abilities: For daily reporting and communication, basic IT abilities such as email draughting and record administration are helpful.
