A Key Account Manager is needed for a respectable pharmaceutical business.

Responsibilities

• In order to achieve commercial growth, work with the Commercial Manager to design, develop, and implement the KAM Territory Strategic commercial Plan. • Ensure the successful delivery of Key Account Plans by efficiently managing Unicom's important accounts. • To improve the company's portfolio, interact with key wholesalers and sub-distributors as well as other influential clients. • With the help of the company, create and carry out an integrated account plan with key stakeholders to maximise brand performance in the area. • Determine client needs and modify the company's brand or service offering to open up new markets or boost sales. • Determine, categorise, and rank the target accounts and customers (KOLs, payers, etc.) that are essential to achieving corporate goals. • Proactively recognise new client demands, offer fresh approaches, and incorporate input into the company's business plans. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, delegating tasks to achieve the goals of the Key Account Plan. • Review Key Account Plans on a regular basis with pertinent parties to make sure that agreed-upon tasks and work streams are completed. • To guarantee performance versus Account Plans, function efficiently inside the KAM process. • Recognise the Territory's tender procedures, including their creation or modification, and keep thorough records of all important parties. • Proactively obtain information on competitors and disseminate findings within the company. • Interact with clients and businesses to accomplish win-win results. • Position and market corporate brands in accordance with brand strategies while making efficient use of customer engagement technologies. • Build trusting, knowledgeable, and problem-solving connections with your target clients.

Requirements

• A chemist or someone with a similar scientific background • must have a background in pharmaceuticals or expertise in a related function. • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. • The capacity to persuade and sell • Focus and results-orientedness are essential. • Capacity to deliver business presentations • You have to be proactive and creative. • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
