Using scheduled encounters and automated procedures, the Recovery Agent's job is to collect past-due loans. In order to repay loan installments while meeting the predetermined goals, the recovery agent cultivates relationships with Fido clients and offers first-line support.
• In charge of reaching the designated recovery rate and/or recovery amount target • accountable for reaching the designated client engagement goal; accountable for meeting all additional recovery goals as delegated by the department head, manager, or team leader. • accountable for recording all client feedback in accordance with departmental policies or as directed by the manager or team leader. • At the initial point of contact, addressing problems within the individual's limits and elevating clients' concerns through the proper channels • Encourage a positive team culture by cooperating with the rest of the company to exchange best practices and insights. • To assist with unforeseen crisis/emergency response circumstances in order to minimise the impact on customers and the company and promote a successful recovery.
• A bachelor's degree • At least one year of experience in a comparable position in a financial or fintech organisation is required. • Being proficient with Microsoft Office programs and knowing how to create reports in Excel is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking • Excellent active listening abilities
