The duties of the administrative intern will include handling customer service enquiries, helping with financial activities, and offering administrative support.
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. • Organizing and scheduling meetings or appointments. • Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations. • Handling basic office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents. • Assisting in coordinating projects and following up on task completion.
