Overview

The duties of the administrative intern will include handling customer service enquiries, helping with financial activities, and offering administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. • Organizing and scheduling meetings or appointments. • Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations. • Handling basic office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents. • Assisting in coordinating projects and following up on task completion.

Requirements

• Skills in customer service and communication • Both analytical and administrative support abilities • Fundamental knowledge of finance • Outstanding time-management and organising abilities • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Capacity to function well in a group setting Excellent accuracy and attention to detail • Obtaining or finishing a degree in business administration or a similar discipline
