The Consumer Insight Specialist will be in charge of collecting, evaluating, and interpreting shopper and consumer data in order to produce useful insights that inform strategic choices. In order to inform product development, marketing tactics, and overall business success, the job seeks to improve understanding of consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends.
• In order to provide the business with pertinent insights from a variety of sources, including but not limited to Retail Audit, Brand Health Tracker, and Household Panel, assist the CI Manager in conducting consumer, competitor, and shopper analysis. - Work with the research partner to plan the Market Research Tools' implementation. • Oversee assigned projects from start to finish (from briefing to outcomes presentation). • monitoring reporting and data management. • Make that fieldwork is done well and that ad hoc and tracking studies are reported on schedule. • By leading training sessions, encouraging information exchange, investigating novel research techniques (such artificial intelligence), and planning yearly CI events, you can help the team improve its expertise. • Organise the budget, research strategy, and supplier payments. • Contribute a comprehensive and rich understanding of the market and consumers to the Commercial team and the Consumer Insights Community. • Encourage the creation of brand and category-specific BU business plans and strategic management reviews. • To find chances for product creation and marketing tactics, examine consumer data and market trends. • Track and assess the success of advertising campaigns and new product introductions. • Determine the best research protocols by using feedback from internal experts and research suppliers to determine appropriate market research approaches and techniques. • Execute and ensure quality throughout the entire study process. • Report authoring, analysis, and data mining.
• A bachelor's degree in statistics, marketing, market research, economics, or a similar field is required. • At least five years of experience conducting consumer research in the FMCG industry, either for a research firm or a client-side business. • Ability to produce engaging, understandable materials and successfully communicate insights. • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and ordinary Microsoft Office. • Experience in project management. • Knowledge of the following research procedures and techniques: positioning, pricing, NPD, and retail audit. • High sensitivity to marketing and consumers.
