The chosen applicant will oversee and foster important connections within Ghana's healthcare professional (HCP) community, promoting pharmaceuticals and generating scientific demand in order to reach or exceed Shalina's business goals for the designated pharmaceutical product line.
• Strategic Cooperation: Work together to create a business expansion plan for the designated area. • Brand development: Create brand narratives and oversee the strategy of marketing campaigns for both new and established brands. • Sales Leadership: Develop and carry out successful sales tactics, guiding the countrywide sales force to meet corporate sales goals. • Competition Strategy: Take part in creating and successfully implementing strategies to combat competition; create yearly sales plans that aim to reach the total budgeted sales values in the current regions. • Demand Generation: Create and oversee the execution of marketing plans, regulations, pricing schemes, and promotional activities to guarantee demand generation for all products. • Market Penetration: Take the lead in creating strategies for new or current items' market penetration. • Customer Influence: Have an impact on industries, big-ticket clients, and other possible customers. • Business Opportunities: Keep track of industry developments, product applications, service requirements, and competition information to find new business opportunities. • Product Portfolio Management: Create and execute strategies to extend current accounts and gain new ones across a variety of products, as well as develop and implement the product portfolio for current products. • P&L Accountability: Oversee P&L accountability for the product portfolio and the allocated sales budgets.
• Educational Background: Master's degree in pharmacy or medical graduation. • Expertise: more than 12 years of pharmaceutical sales, brand development, and market penetration expertise in Ghana. • Promotional Experience: It is very desirable to have prior experience developing brands, promoting science, and cultivating connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). • Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can maintain motivation on their own and fulfil tasks as provided. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful sales teams. • Cross-Cultural Experience: Have worked with a variety of colleagues from different cultures and functional backgrounds. • Communication Skills: Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
