Head of Photography and Media Department

Overview

Seeking a talented and imaginative photographer or videographer to become a member of our team! We would love to speak with you if you have a strong interest in photography and would want to work on innovative projects and other intriguing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee photography projects from conception to completion, making sure that company and its affiliates receive eye-catching visual content on time. • Work together with the creative team to create visual ideas that complement our brand. • Verify and edit finished photos and videos to make sure they adhere to company guidelines and are appropriate for distribution or publication. • Make sure the team has access to the most recent resources by supervising the selection and upkeep of photography gear and software. • Oversee photo libraries and help with photoshoot planning, including location, lighting, and styling. • Keep up on current developments in photography and contribute original concepts. • Train and onboard new photographers to make sure they have the abilities, know-how, and methods needed to fulfil our criteria for quality.

Requirements

• A solid portfolio and demonstrated experience as a photographer. • Knowledgeable about Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other photography software. • Familiarity with lighting, camera gear, and shooting methods. • The capacity to manage several projects and operate under pressure. • Outstanding communication abilities and a focus on teamwork. • A degree in communication design, photography and videography, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience). • Knowledge of commercial or editorial photography. • Video producing experience is advantageous.
