Responsibilities

• Oversee sales agents' operations to ensure that the company's retail marketing strategy and goals are implemented. • Increase the company's market share in the designated area. • Contribute to the overall budgeting and strategy development process for retail marketing. • To overcome the market's obstacles, create and execute a tactical plan that works for the designated zone. • Assist sales agents in maintaining current markets and creating new ones as well as new avenues for premium collection. • Within designated zones, gather and report market intelligence data and counsel management on the best course of action. • Create performance and activity reports on a regular basis for the Head of Retail Marketing to review.

Requirements

• It is necessary to have at least a first degree in marketing, sales management, social sciences, or a similar discipline. • Among the necessary capabilities are teamwork, results orientation, written and verbal communication, business acumen, and supervisory abilities. • At least three years of experience in retail sales management
